Ever Wanted To Know About Decanter Stoppers

Have you ever gone to a bar or to a party and looked over at a decanting wine and noticed a little ball on the top of the decanter. Well, that little ball is called a Wine Decanter Glass Stopper. If you see this ball then you can most definitely know that your host is super careful in serving you the perfectly oxygen enriched wine. You can also take to heart that your host is a careful planner.
Decanting wine is not an exact science. Mature wines may not take as long to mature as a younger wine that may take hours to breathe. That being said when a wine has gotten the right amount of time to breathe and has gained it full taste then it is time to stop the air flow to a wine. Decanter stoppers do this job preventing wine from not aerating to much and preventing your wine from spoiling.
How about if you have some wine left over? Decanter stoppers are also perfect in those types of situations. You may be thinking that you may finish the wine the next day and you have just the right taste that you wanted from the wine. Go ahead top off the decanter with the decanter stopper and you will be able to enjoy your wine the next day without any problems.
