Dec 31st, 2009 by Kenny
French Sculptor Etienne Meneau has made a splash with his latest work that he has done with wine decanters. His takes on this long time honored way to getting flavor for wine has been taken to another level by his masterpieces.

These strange creations inspire vines or veins of the human body. The body branch out and form intricate designs and style that make these creations such great masterpieces. Both are made of borosilicate glass and have been made inlimited editions, and are priced upwards of €2000 each.
These creations are not mainly for decanting wine, even though they do carry the name of decanters. They are mainly works of art that are for show. Because of so many branches the wine would now be able to get the necessary air to inspire decanting, so buyers of these pieces would not get the benefits that decanting provide.
